Each Delrin Embossing Plate measures a minimum of 3/4" Tall x 3/8” thick

Some letters are slightly taller or wider than 3/4"

Those letters are:
J - 0.79" tall x 0.52" wide
Q- 0.87" tall x 0.69" wide
R - 0.76" tall x 0.59" wide
W - 0.75" tall x 0.89" wide

Each letter has a 0.06" border spacing, which leaves approximately 0.12” between letters when they are butted against each other (vertically or horizontally).
